The Residential Marketing team is responsible for product management and marketing all aspects of shingle and residential roofing system products. The team interacts with a multitude of the departments including Creative, Planning, Finance, Sales Operations and numerous external vendors. All members of the team are considered to be subject matter experts and have a strong cross functional knowledge of the entire product offering.Summary:

The Senior Brand Manager, FT, will establish and have responsibility for a new brand of roofing and building materials, across multiple product categories. The Senior Brand Manager will position the FT brand as a value-priced line of products aimed at roofing contractor professionals, sold through wholesale distribution, two-step distribution and dealers in addition exploring private-labeling select products for home builders.Essential Duties:

Develop the brand, packaging, collateral and samplesManage the interface with private label customersProvide input to production planningProvide guidance for pricing working with the sales teamsAnalyze brand positioning and buyer insightsShape and communicate the brand’s vision and missionTranslate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesPartner with product managers to develop a complete product portfolio, establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIsMonitor market trends, research markets and competitors’ activitiesOversee new and ongoing marketingMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsDevise innovative growth strategiesAlign the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tacticsUnder This Roof, We Require:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business/marketing degreeExperience as Brand Manager, Product Manager or IMC ManagerAbility to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executivesExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersOutstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departmentsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesA self-starter with attention to detail and accuracy; strong financial analysis and background with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within timelines.Very strong communication and presentation skills are required.Under This Roof, We Also Value:
