The rapid evolution of workspace collaboration tools and cloud-based documents has exponentially expanded the data sources required for eDiscovery collection, processing, review, and production. This critical role is focused on researching, evaluating, testing, implementing, and educating on the best third-party software solutions available. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in creating solutions for the fast-changing landscape of modern data capabilities by integrating third-party and proprietary software. Data is changing rapidly, and this role will be influential in how we guide clients on the best path for handling their data. This very exciting Senior Product Analyst opportunity to work on Modern Data eDiscovery processing and third-party products research and evaluation entails working closely and collaboratively with Lighthouse Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams.What will this person do?Primary focus on researching, evaluating, testing, implementing, and educating on the eDiscovery industry’s best third-party software for managing Modern Data/collaboration data/cloud-stored documents including but not limited to M365, Teams, Slack, Google, Cellebrite, MessageCrawler, Encase, Onna, Logikcull, Nuix, Relativity, etc.Be the go-to contact for information on third-party modern data software, evaluating and testing for use in Lighthouse environment, use case insights, and fit for purpose data. Be seen as the Subject matter expert who provides detailed information to the Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Managers, and other key roles to facilitate best-in-class solutions utilizing the third-party software to support Lighthouse data handling for eDiscovery.Stay abreast of the latest technology trends for managing data as well as having a broad technical knowledge across eDiscovery platforms. Stay current with new features, releases, and roadmap plans of third-party software; test, research and validate releases for potential changes that affect overall solutions.Research and compile information from ambiguous or limited sources to assist with strategic decisions and support the ongoing lifecycle of solutions.Research and test fit-for-purpose use of the third-party software within the Lighthouse workflows and proprietary technology; Recommend appropriate integration opportunities and challenges.Work very closely with various teams to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, revenue, and efficiency utilizing third-party software.Partner with different teams to convert concepts/ideas into specific use case scenarios. Participate in helping solve bigger cross-team architectural questions regarding new technologies and products to improve the e-discovery process.Build deep relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to understand business goals.Collaborate with scrum teams on third-party software integration efforts. It would also be great if you have the following:Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Analyst with eDiscovery related products/services.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent is a nice-to-have.Deep experience in at least two of the following: eDiscovery, computer forensics, data collection, modern data/messaging platform administration (M365, Teams, Slack, Google), third-party tools for data collection, exporting and/or processing (Cellebrite, MessageCrawler, Encase, Onna, Logikcull), litigation support, Nuix, Relativity.Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and a demonstrated track-record of building relationships with both internal and external clients.Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.Ability to demonstrate strong judgement when it comes to resolving issues.Ability to collaborate and manage up, down, and across.Experience and creativity in troubleshooting software/hardware/process problems.Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into challenges they present or experience.Sharp eye for detail and a practiced sense of order and organization.Ability to recognize patterns to guide further hypotheses.Ability to synthesize information effectively and formally document/report findings.Aptitude for quickly learning technologies and processes.Work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team structure.Knowledge of Agile principles and process.Work Environment and Physical DemandsDuties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).Lighthouse celebrates and thrives on diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.The expected pay for this role will range from $95,000 to $128,000 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.Lighthouse offers a quality comprehensive benefits package including, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match.
