Duties:
Handle eminent domain and general litigation matters.
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
Attend court appearances and participate in hearings.
Take and defend depositions.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal staff on case matters.
Requirements:
2-5 years of general litigation experience.
Prior real estate and/or eminent domain/inverse condemnation experience preferred.

Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
