The Surgical Territory Manager will be responsible for the clinical support of the Ultrasonic portfolio in a designated region.What you'll be doing

Report directly to the Director of Sales.Achieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or higher.Manage accounts in the assigned territory.Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts.Help coordinate and conduct in-services for Surgeons, O.R. staff, and Sterile Processing prior to evaluations.Provide onsite clinical support to accounts during the evaluation process.Work closely with Regional Managers and Distributors to implement our model for strategic sales.Assist with Bioventus labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities.Successful completion of all required product and sales related training curriculum.Complete special projects assigned by upper management.What you'll bring to the table

An undergraduate bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of three years’ experience preferred.A successful track record of nursing, surgical tech, paramedic background, or B2B sales.Prior medical sales is a plus.A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.A valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States is required.Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills including proper phone etiquette.Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel.Highly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking.Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment.Bioventus requires proof that new hires be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless you are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents you from being vaccinated where allowable under the law.
