THE ROLEThe SVP, Production & Operations will work closely with President of US Concerts to oversee production efforts across US Concerts business and assist with business development efforts. In addition, core focus will be centrally supporting regional leadership and production managers. Evaluate and manage resources including staffing needs, training, and recruiting efforts. Evaluate efficiencies with vendor agreements and negotiate MSAs while being a liaison between Talent team with Venue Nation and third-party venues.
QualificationsMinimum 12+ years prior management experience in an entertainment venue10 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experienceExperience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systemsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited informationMust possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skillsStrong, proactive work ethic and ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environmentExtreme attention to detail and advanced organizational skillsPositive attitude, commitment to excellence and teamwork; able to work seamlessly with heads of functional areas across the company and around the world
