RWJUH Rahway Hospital, 865 Stone Street, Rahway, NJ 07065Job Overview:Founded in 1917, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway is an acute care community hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services. The hospital is a Primary Stroke Center with telemedicine capability for 24/7 coverage.Qualifications:Skilled OR Nurse required with Scrub and circulating RN skills in the following specialties: Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, general surgery, minimally invasive & Robot and vascular.1-2 years experience as an OR Nurse.Required Certifications and Licenses:Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.BLS certification through American Heart Association.Current American Heart Association ACLS/PALS required.Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.Scheduling Requirements:Part time, Days.On call requirement.One 12-hour shift requirement (12-hour shift can be split during the week).Available to work at least 2 days per month with flexibility in hours and willingness to do on call a plus.Essential Functions:The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care.
