Our Metro Detroit client is seeking a direct hire Director of Revenue Cycle. As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue integrity. In addition, you will lead the revenue cycle team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of revenue cycle activities. You will also develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years of direct revenue cycle management experience.A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.A strong background in utilizing large ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote for the right candidate.Vaco values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
