Manages all facets of facilities projects (budget, schedule, procurement, stakeholder communication, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Demonstrates capability to read and understand moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.Interfaces directly with user groups to define project requirements. Prepares documentation supporting scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; liaise with Procurement to conduct standard request for proposals, complete bid analysis, and identify and procure resources essential to project delivery. Leads resources/team in providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Hosts regular stakeholder meetings; maintains project archives. Creates stakeholder communication plans, maintains records of project communications.Establishes and maintains several programs (Branding, WELL/GBI Certification, ESG) and applies program standards to existing facilities and new projects. Maintains library of resources and develops project balancing standard methods within unique work scopes.Responsibilities

Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep associates, management and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.Implements project documentation governance aligned with company requirements and standards. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to budget, schedule, quality and risk.Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Reports directly to Sr. Director Ground Operations and Support Services, indirectly to Director Facilities and Services.Able to conduct meetings using MS Teams or similar, as an alternative to in-person travel.Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Excel and Project.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study.Minimum six years of related experience and/or training.Aviation industry experience a plus.PMP certification preferred.Special demands:Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.Able to work after hours or weekends as dictated by project requirements (ie power outages, facility moves)Skills:
