Insurance Coverage Attorney

Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks an attorney with at least three years of significant insurance coverage and coverage litigation experience to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have exposure to first and third party coverage claims/suits. Candidates with exposure to drafting coverage opinions/position statements, taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions, are preferred but is not essential. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are expected.
