Position Summary
This position supports the Sustainment Framework. Works independently to design and implement change management approaches and plans in support of a diverse array of process, data, and systems programs that affect one or more affiliated business areas. Assesses and manages affected stakeholder groups, defines and communicates anticipated organizational, process, and technology change impacts, designs and coordinates training, and measures changes receptiveness and adoption.
Essential Responsibilities
Change Planning:
Designs end-to-end change management plans for high complexity projects and initiatives to drive adoption and implementation of process and technology changes across one or more business areas. Defines anticipated organizational, process, and technology change impacts affecting various stakeholder groups. Estimates change, communication, and training resourcing requirements.Effective Communication and Engagement:
Develops and executes against tactical, actionable communication & engagement plans. Defines communication tactics, events, and vehicles. Provides work direction to project team members and/or business area colleagues in the creation of communications content.Training Design and Deployment:
Designs and maintains all training curriculums and courses within a defined scope area. Provides work direction to training developers, ensuring that training designs and course materials align with enterprise training standards and guidelines. Coordinates deployment of training to new or existing stakeholders.Change Governance:
Applies a structured change management methodology and approach to all assigned programs and initiatives. Drives consistency in change management plans and messaging through consistent adoption of new and existing communication, training, and measurement tactics and vehicles. Recommends and applies improvements to the enterprise change methodology and toolkit.Stakeholder Management:
Leads the identification, segmentation, and management of all stakeholder groups affected by a given change program. Tracks stakeholder receptiveness to changes, and defines mitigating actions where appropriate.Change Measurement:
Regularly and consistently measures stakeholder receptiveness to changes, and adoption of changes across all levels. Applies enterprise measurement tools and metrics, and/or designs other measurement vehicles as appropriate. Defines, socializes, and executes action plans based on assessment results.Coaching/Mentoring:
May provide coaching and work direction to junior team members, particularly in the design and development of communications & training plans and materials.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in business, organization development, or related area, and/or related experience. At least 5 years experience in process or systems implementations, with a focus on change management. Must have expertise in change management frameworks, with a focus on continuing education. Strong consulting and project planning skills. Strong organizational acumen, including knowledge of processes, metrics & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive transformational solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience facilitating workshops and training. Ability to influence individuals in which they do not have direct authority. Experience working in a diverse, cross-functional team environment. Preferred: Gas/Electric Utility Industry experience. Certifications in this area. Advanced degree in organization development or related field. Experience with Learning Management systems and training simulation applications.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $79,000.00 to $112,999.00 per year. This position may also be eligible for the following benefits and/or pay components: Pay - Annual Incentive Program, Medical/Pharmacy Plan, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Health Care Reimbursement Account, Health Savings Account (HSA) (if enrolled in eligible health plan), Limited-Purpose FSA (if enrolled in eligible health plan and HSA), Transportation Reimbursement Account, Short-term disability (STD), Long-term disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Fitness Center Reimbursement (if enrolled in eligible health plan), Tuition reimbursement, Transit programs, Employee recognition program, Pension, 401(k) plan, Paid time off (PTO), Holidays, Personal holidays, Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO) (full-time employees only), Parental Leave.
