The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.WHO YOU AREYou are a system engineer with strong project management skills in order to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO.You have experience eliciting and refining requirements, and scheduling work breakdown to deliverables.You have experience documenting artifacts, and can provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model.You have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture.You have experience with Cyber Security Directorate and related data flows.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:A High School Diploma or GED plus sixteen (16) years of general systems engineering experienceOR A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.OR A Master's or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements.Highly organized and comfortable with customer engagement and managing large scale efforts.Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and JiraGood understanding of data flow processesUnderstands system-to-system connections for data flow processesFamiliar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XMLKnows why a streaming object transport format is neededHave experience with Cyber Security Directorate and related data flowsCLEARANCE LEVEL:
