We're looking for talented business analysts to join our cross-functional implementation teams. Our exceptional team has led to our company's incredible growth in all of the industries we service. A business analyst is critical to linking our client's business objectives with the technical capabilities of the implementation team. We need someone who is a team player with solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile, who can create a development-ready product backlog and who can help out wherever necessary in order to hit project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of custom web solutions by owning the product backlog, ensuring all user stories are fully elaborated, prioritized and estimatedResearch, gather, analyze, document, develop and validate functional requirements for web solutions with project stakeholdersTranslate user requirements into system requirements, process flows, wireframes, mockups, etc.Understand how system capabilities can be used to meet our client's business objectivesFacilitate requirement review and approval with stakeholdersAct as a liaison between business experts and development teamsUnderstand the needs of multiple stakeholdersUnderstand current and desired state business processesAnalytical thinking and project issue resolutionBuild structured approaches for decision making
Requirements:
Ecommerce and PIM experience is a plusStrong organizational skillsStrong spoken and written communication skillsExperience with software development projectsMust thrive in a team environmentDesire to learn new technologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldAbility to clearly document, test, and validate requirementsAble to manage own workload, take initiative, and assume responsibility for tasksAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projectsAbility to meet internal and client deadlinesExperience with user interface designs and mockupsA range of previous experience as a business analyst in a client facing positionExperience working with government clients is a plusExperience working in an Agile environment and with Agile User StoriesPreferred experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, or other project management softwareExperience with CMS or ecommerce platforms like Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico and BigCommerce is a plus
