The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans for growth. This individual will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets while motivating our sales team, developing talent, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. Expectations include the ability to effectively coach a sales team to sell at all levels of management and build relationships that ensure Avient will continue to get the first and last look. Extensive experience in customer-centric selling approaches and effectively selling the value of our products and services are key to success. This individual is a thought leader who has demonstrated the ability to effectively interact, influence and negotiate at all levels of organizations (Avient and Customer) including the VP/GM level. This position will report to the General Manager, C&A US/CA.
