Ensure operational excellence of cross-functional organization in serving automotive customers by establishing standardized interactive dashboards and reports for efficient steering and decision making of our supply chain organization.

The position will directly report to the director of logistics planning & fulfillment.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in creating dashboards using PowerBI and other SAP Business Warehouse (BW) tools, specifically in the context of logistics and supply chain operations.The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including end-to-end planning and execution. Additionally, a solid understanding of data mart concepts, SQL, and data engineering principles is required. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, transforming raw data into meaningful insights, and developing visually appealing dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making in the logistics and supply chain domain.Responsibilities:Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using PowerBI and SAP BW tools to present logistics and supply chain data insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard designs.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) logistics and supply chain data from various sources into data marts using SQL and other data engineering techniques.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics and supply chain data, and provide actionable recommendations based on the findings.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by conducting data quality checks and resolving any data-related issues specific to logistics and supply chain operations.Utilize your end-to-end process understanding of logistics and supply chain planning and execution to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for monitoring and reporting purposes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning, to gather and document business requirements for data mart development and enhancements.Conduct data profiling and data cleansing activities specific to logistics and supply chain data to improve data quality and usability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain analytics, data visualization, and dashboard design.Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize logistics and supply chain dashboards and self-service reporting tools.Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures specific to logistics and supply chain data.Join our team as a Data Analyst and contribute to optimizing logistics and supply chain operations by creating insightful dashboards using PowerBI and SAP Business Warehouse tools. Your end-to-end process understanding of planning and execution will be crucial in providing valuable data-driven insights for decision-making in the logistics and supply chain domain.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2+ years of experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI and SAP Business Warehouse tools, with a focus on logistics and supply chain data.Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including end-to-end planning and execution.Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, specifically for logistics and supply chain data.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics and supply chain datasets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality in the context of logistics and supply chain operations.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with data governance and data management practices is a plus.Experience with other data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
