As part of the ITSM team within Global Technology, we manage the CMDB and Asset Management applications. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team to drive the development of governance reporting, user training, troubleshooting production support issues, perform testing of new solutions and improving the data quality of our platform. As a Business Systems Analyst you will partner with product owners, tech leads, system managers, engineers and delivery professionals. In addition to applied knowledge and understanding of analytics, and a technology background, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills, along with agile ways of working, strong technology insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day

Works on solving very sophisticated problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.Collaborate with multi-functional teams in understanding needs, tech leads in defining technical design and defining feature stories, and other team members to understand the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that lead business impact.Works on problems of diverse scopes in which analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Develop and socialize dashboards and reports to aid in the governance of data quality and accuracy.Develop and deliver training and documentation to enhance knowledge of the platform capabilities and process.The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics or experience in related fields.Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).Knowledge of technology concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.Applied knowledge and/or understanding of several of the following:Project/Product Management: Planning, Progress Monitoring and Status Reporting, including visualization of works; Scaling Agile – Organizing, synchronizing multiple teams setup Estimations, ROI, project life cycle.Effective Communication: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.Financial Acumen: Knowledge of understanding of financial concepts, tools and processes and how financial metrics are used to supervise and drive outcomes.Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to resolve root causes of system problems and initiate alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Preferred qualifications:Experience with Asset and Configuration Management.Experience with ServiceNow.You’ll Love Working Here Because You Can

The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
