A Sr. Project Manager has extensive engineering knowledge and may provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the respective field of engineering. The individual in this role is responsible for providing guidance and oversight to multiple teams working on numerous projects. A Sr. Project Manager oversees all phases of a technical project from conception and design to completion, while providing engineering guidance to other departments and training new engineering staff.At CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams. REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredMinimum 15 years’ progressive engineering experience requiredExperience working with FDOT required, specifically in district D6 & 4Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline(s) with a proven ability to practically apply best practicesProficiency with MS Office software requiredUnderstands QA/QC procedures and basic business practices as well as laws related to engineeringAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)Completely familiar with and advocates for the company’s standards for quality control and complianceAbility to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areasAn active role in a professional engineering society/organization preferredProven ability to lead a teamBilingual, English/Spanish preferredCULTURE/EEO STATEMENT:
