Show initiative and motivation to solve problems, adapt to changes, and follow through on tasksWork in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on timeParticipate in special projects such as Greenfield and v1 development, create microservices, integrate third party libraries, and conduct technical research regarding different ways to improve our development environment and best practicesDevelop hybrid cloud applications (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) that support high availability, high scalability, and parallel processingImprove your skills daily via mentoring, brown bag sessions, and other group learning opportunities that you are always welcome to attend or even leadQualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development3 + years of programming experience with the .NET Framework, .NET 6, WCF, REST API, and C#Proficient in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices and patternsSuccessful track record delivering high quality code on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologiesPreferred Qualifications
Understanding of cloud computing technologies and Azure, in particularAgile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)Experience building hosted applications in a large, multi-tier data center environmentProduction experience developing cloud applications from inception to completionExperience with multi-tiered application environments with SQL databaseExperience with transient error handling, retry policies, asynchronous processing, queue driven processing, event processing, and eventual consistencyExperience in the Tax and Accounting fieldPosition is hybrid remote for either Coppell, TX or Wichita, KSBenefits:
