Boston, Mass: We invite a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join an important Crisis Stabilization Unit in the historic Boston neighborhood of Brighton. You will evaluate seniors and people with disabilities and provide direct patient care under this nonprofit organization that caters to patients with Medicaid or Medicaid/Medicare coverage. Join an organization that provides integrated health care and social support services for people with complex medical needs, and join their mission of helping people with developmental, intellectual, physical and mental disabilities. You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with culturally and educationally diverse patients and staff. If you are an experienced NP who already has a Massachusetts and DEA License, you will receive priority attention! Your knowledge of mental health and crisis intervention, and emergency psychiatric and child protection services, will be a plus in this role.
