We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead a top QuickBooks Mid-Market initiative on the Payments Experience team. You will be responsible for defining the short- and long-term product strategy for Accounts-Receivable and Payments products on QuickBooks, to deliver acquisition and run the business experiences for Construction and Professional services customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute impactful product strategies for the target industries, solving for the growth objectives and customer needs. Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes through direct delivery and partnership with core product teams. Align roadmaps to ensure the end-to-end experience is solving for the same customer. Lead a global cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and product functions across time zones. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, including leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data. Qualifications
Demonstrated track record in B2B product management delivering features that solve core customer needs, coupled with familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses. Experience with the Construction and/or Professional services industries is preferred. Ability to translate the needs of ‘buyers’ in the B2B sales cycle into features that significantly reduce work or increase value for the ‘employee’ user of the product. Ability to uncover customer needs and astutely leverage internal and external technologies to create innovative solutions, including adept use of artificial intelligence and automation. Can fluidly operate at multiple levels, from distilling insights and presenting to leadership as well as getting involved at the ground level and sweating the details. Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment.
