As a product lead, you will be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and provide our target users/clients with product solutions.Key Responsibilities:Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.Have a good understanding of e-commerce platform and business, and the ability to understand the new business models.Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above.8 years work experience in the e-commerce industry, and 3+ years team management experience.Experience as a product manager or product developer.Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, data-driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
