TikTok eCommerce Product Manager - Product Lead

As a product lead, you will be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and provide our target users/clients with product solutions.Key Responsibilities:Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.Have a good understanding of e-commerce platform and business, and the ability to understand the new business models.Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above.8 years work experience in the e-commerce industry, and 3+ years team management experience.Experience as a product manager or product developer.Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, data-driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
