Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning and iterating frequently.Work with the Program Manager, Product Owner, and BA to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into Epics and user stories.Lead the collaborative dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team, matrix managing a multidisciplinary team.Ensure all features are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage: alpha, beta, production.Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and reapplying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practices.Set up the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate a user-centered service.Remove obstacles or blockers to progress at the scrum of scrum level.Work with SQM on the overall product test strategy.Help your service team to become better at autonomously coordinating their own work.Required Skills
At least 10 years of experience leading projects for financial institutions, including banks.Experience practicing SAFe in projects.Demonstrable experience in delivering digital projects and products.Good experience using a range of agile project management methods.Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.Good understanding of the digital landscape.Experience in matrix managing multi-disciplinary teams.Life at Capgemini
