Summary:The Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics (CBD) department at Company is looking for a highly motivated Computational Biologist with expertise in causal machine learning models and the development of predictive signatures from multi-omics and multi-modal biomarker data to enable clinical biomarker discovery and development.Responsibilities:Serve as a subject matter expert and implementation lead for application of open-source R and python causal modeling libraries to clinical trial data and use-cases.Implement in-house library of clinically relevant multi-omics immunological signatures of activation, exhaustion, proliferation, and inflammation and assess their relationship with mechanisms of action and resistance.Interface cross-functionally with early development, assay laboratories, in-vitro diagnostics, and biomarker representatives to drive omics-based biomarker development.Use cutting edge machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies to develop biomarkers of clinical response and resistance.Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:Causal inferenceProficiency with R/PythonExperience with RNA-seq and other 'omics technologiesExperience:Experience in global development, needs to be fluent in R or Python.Development of operational tools.Experience in exome sequencing, RNA-seq, and high-throughput proteomics, causal genomics analysis, gene expression.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
