SS&C, through our partnership with Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC (d/b/a Luminae Partners), is currently seeking a candidate who will be part of a multi-dimensional middle to back office operations and accounting department responsible for all aspects of post trade matching, trade capture, and all aspects of daily operations, treasury services, accounting and tax compliance, planning and reporting. The ideal candidate is one who works or has worked within a multi-strategy hedge fund, financial institution or hedge fund administrator with solid exposure to fund accounting, OMS/PMS integration, middle office post trade reporting and operations.Why You Will Love It Here!

Provide vision, planning and coordination of key software and data production projectsPrioritize features, manage project scope and allocate resources in line with business prioritiesApply Project Management best practices to meet project plan, time and scope objectivesWork directly with department heads, and at times with clients, to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectationsCommunicate and deliver project updates to the Director of Technology and the business leadersWhat You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplineProficient in managing projects in an Agile framework; PMP certification is a plusFamiliarity with MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS is a plus, though not requiredProficient knowledge of Excel and VBAHighly motivated self-starter with an appetite for knowledgeWorks well in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detailExperience in capital/stock markets is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to set, organize and meet prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutionsThank you for your interest in SS&C!
