업무내용/자격요건:
담당직무:
- Understand tools usage and application at customer side including data flow, processor metrology flow
- Understand how tool process, algorithms work
- Operate the tool like customer
- In-depth knowledge's of tool on module base
- Expert knowledge of the customer's application and any limiting factor that may arise with current systems
Applications engineers:
- Understand and define customer requirements (process, metrology flow), support product manager in definition of requirements
- Understand and identify new applications and requirements and implement if possible w/o R&D (e.g. process development, data analysis)
- Analyze issues from customer, support customer on application tasks (1st and 2nd Level Support, 3rd Level R&D), HW related issues are transferred to service department
- Generation of Applications documents: operator, SW manual
- Definition of product requirements, especially SW requirements
- Product testing: test product like customer, test product against specification (software and hardware)
- Execution and preparation of product trainings (application training, operator training) for customer and SMS staff: service training is done by service department
- Field application engineers are part of customer experience and provide firsthand input to product management regarding product requirements, market trend
- Support, execution, coordination or managing of cooperation projects with customers (tool evaluation, beta sites, Joint development projects)
Sales Support for Asia Pacific:
- Assist the local sale team by explaining applications and product to customers
- Explain and show features and benefits as well as differentiation against competitor
- Assist the Product Manager to negotiate technical specifications with customer with support from R&D and Sales
- Help the sales organization identify new opportunities at existing customer sites, based on new applications requirements and current equipment limitations
- Assist the sales and product management teams prepare for regular roadmap meetings and advanced technical updates at customer sites
- Assist the sales and product management team develop a strategy for local customers, that accounts for both short term and long term requirements and goals of customers
