We are looking for an energetic people leader that wants to join our expanding Commercial Sales team in a fast-growing business and is passionate about coaching and developing successful salespeople.

This role will give you the opportunity to hire and shape a fantastic growing team in our Latin American Mid Market segment, focusing on companies 1,000-5,000 employees in size. To be successful, you should pride yourself as a people leader first, but have a strong, process-oriented style as well as a positive attitude which you use to influence those around you.What you'll be doing:Manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on new business sales across Latin America (companies with 1,000-5,000 employees)Demonstrate your passion for coaching and developing employees through personal and professional mentorshipCommunicate job expectations with team members by planning, monitoring, and appraising individual sales resultsAccurately forecast new sales pipelines along with add-on bookingsHelp refine processes for the Mid Market Sales team from onboarding forwardFocus on innovation of current best practices to serve the needs of the team and business as it growsWork cross-functionally with Sales/Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Content to drive the business forwardCollaborate with sales operations to identify technology, strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goalsLead a sales-driven culture in a high energy, fun, fast-paced environmentWhat you’ll have:3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in similar segment (Commercial/Mid Market)Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and PortugueseExperience with SaaS/subscription-based sales modelCollaborative mindset, with strong organizational and time management skillsProven track record of quota attainment both as an individual contributor and managerA love for hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining highly valued sales repsExceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviors, and overcoming objectionsWe understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications.
