Research and development of motion prediction algorithms for autonomous driving such as surrounding vehicles and pedestriansExploring predictive algorithms, prototyping, and validatingModeling data-driven driving algorithmsDeploying models to autonomous driving systems by optimizing and improving the performance of algorithmsWork with Perception/Planning engineers to improve self-driving performanceDevelopment of evaluation indicators and systems to evaluate developed algorithmsQualifications

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experienceA master's/doctor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in computer science, electronics, or related fieldsDeep understanding and practical experience in learning self-driving systems and deep learning modelsDeep understanding of vehicle dynamics modelsSuperior programming skills (C/C++, Python, etc.)Mathematical reasoning ability related to probabilityPreferred Qualifications

Experience in research and development related to autonomous driving and roboticsROS1/ROS2 experienceExperience deploying predictive models in real-world environmentsInference optimization experience (TensorRT, CUDA programming, etc.)History of books/academic activities in related fields (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IROS, ICRA, etc.)
