Store Manager,
you will be a leader of one or more storage properties, a loyal BestBox brand ambassador, and part of a diverse team with a strong company culture powered by Keeley Properties. BestBox wants accountable, energetic, and smart operators who can take charge of the day-to-day as we grow our platform nationwide.
Pay: $22-24/hr
Primary Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the propertyDevelop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutionsImprove sales objectives with prospective customers through unit rentals, insurance of rentals, and retail sales of moving materialsGuide new customers through rental processes and agreementsHandle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits with integrityPerform independently with a focus on teamwork as you partner with other stores in the areaRun errands for the facility and travel as needed to other retail locationsRenting storage spaces & selling store merchandiseWorking face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service and build excellent rapport with new and existing customers, while enhancing your customer service and sales skills and experiencePhysical requirements of the job include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree a plus.Prior management or leasing experience with steady work history preferred. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years in retail sales and customer service experience, with ability to perform multiple roles.Expected to complete necessary Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration certifications.Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
