High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalentMust be 25 years or olderMust have a valid Class C Pennsylvania Operator's LicenseMust have had a valid license for at least 5 yearsPass a DOT pre-employment physical and maintain DOT standard physical requirement; and maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance at all timesMust not have had more than two moving traffic violations within the previous three-year period; a moving traffic violation for careless driving or excessive speeding; a misdemeanor DUI on record; or their licenses suspended for moving violations in the past three yearsWhat will your job look like?
Provide safe and reliable transportationDemonstrate excellent defensive driving skillsProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersMust assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicleMust assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safety protocolsEnsure the on-time pick-up and drop off of the customerDemonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilitiesComplete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as requiredComplete paperwork as requiredUtilize tablets or electronic devices as required
