Duties and Responsibilities
Formulate and implement marketing strategiesOversee and guide on-site marketing teamCreate and oversee advertising campaigns across diverse platforms and ad formats, including social mediaCollaborate with all departments to strategize, test, optimize, and amplify advertising effortsConducting competitor analysis in the marketing domainCultivating brand awareness and positioningEffectively communicating strategies and outcomes to senior leadership
Supervise, plan, organize and attend industry conventions and tradeshow (infrequent travel required)
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in executing successful marketing campaigns
Proficient copywriting skills
Hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation
