Position Overview Titan Pro is seeking a highly motivated Agronomy Regional Account Manager (RAM) in the Northwest Iowa area. By representing Titan Pro, you have the opportunity to join a sales team of passionate, focused, and driven individuals. Responsibilities include:

● Developing business plans and sales growth within region

● Fostering region development

● Delivering dealer support throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications & Requirements ● Knowledge of agronomy in crop protection and agriculture business

● Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag-related degree, or equivalent experience

● Two + years of experience in an agronomic sales role

● Candidate must live within or near their assigned territory

● Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

● Seasonal work schedule flexibility

● Requires occasional travel to Clear Lake, IA headquarters for team meetings/trainings

● Valid driver’s license

● Basic operation of Google Drive and Microsoft Office- Google platform training available
