You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401(k) • Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc. • Company Car Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Nurture business opportunities • Close business opportunities • Lead generate target businesses • Develop new sales relationships • Follow the team plan • Follow your daily and weekly routes • Attend all sales meetings Qualifications: • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Two years of previous sales experience • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Sales experience is required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have clean driving record • Must have working rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of location • Ability to make a good first impression Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 salary + commissions
