Ecommerce Merchandiser

RUDIS is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandiser to drive revenue, hit target conversion rates, and elevate brand messaging. This successful individual will support eCommerce and marketing goals, developing strategies to maximize sales and conversion. You will lead the dynamic orchestration of product placement within our Product Listing Pages (PLPs), ensuring seamless alignment with our evolving product inventory. Championing gross margin targets and strategic initiatives, you will drive the digital storefront toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Placement & Inventory Management: Oversee the strategic arrangement of products within PLPs to maximize visibility and sales, ensuring synchronization with our inventory on RUDIS.com.Gross Margin Optimization: Implement and manage gross margin targets, driving profitability through strategic product positioning and pricing.Web Merchandising Tools Expertise: Leverage web merchandising tools to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.eCommerce Strategy Execution: Execute and support eCommerce merchandising strategies to boost new product launches, driving daily sales and conversion rates with innovative in-season tactics.Site Merchandising Leadership: Manage all aspects of site merchandising, from navigation and collection pages to landing pages and additional eCommerce sections, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.UX & Web Development Partnership: Collaborate with UX and web development teams to continually optimize the site, aligning improvements with merchandising goals to enhance the customer journey.KPI Monitoring & Optimization: Develop and analyze reporting metrics to continually monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), driving ongoing improvements.Product Presentation Maintenance: Maintain web product presentation throughout the product lifecycle, highlighting key products and integrating them strategically across the website in collaboration with the photo/video teams.Customer Engagement Enhancement: Lead initiatives aimed at increasing average site visit time and reducing bounce rates, reinforcing our website as a prime destination for our customers.Marketing & Merchandising Alignment: Partner with the marketing team to review new products, key selections, and site merchandising angles, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing and merchandise strategies.Pricing Management: Oversee and manage pricing updates, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with market trends and company goals.Digital Merchandising Support: Support the site merchandising and operations functions, analyzing KPIs to recommend digital strategies and enhancements to drive results and the overall success of rudis.com.AI for Data Management: Leverage AI to manage data swiftly and intelligently, enhancing decision-making processes and optimizing merchandising strategies.Your Mission:

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital merchandisingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of web metrics and optimization strategiesExperience with web-based analytical tools, such as Google Analytics.Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
