role open for a growing organization based in Greenville, SC. This is a primarily on-site role with remote flexibility (one day a week). In this role you will address support tickets by diagnosing and resolving network, desktop, mobile, and software related issues. This company is searching for a motivated individual with around 2 years of technical support experience to join them in their beautiful, modern office. Must have O365 experience to be considered.Requirements
2 years of IT support experienceProfessional demeanor, ability to deal with various business users from technicians to executivesExperience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNowAbility to create and delete Active Directory user accounts, reset passwords, etc.Experience with O365 troubleshooting; experience with Entra ID preferred
