Email Production Specialist

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop new and manage existing email production process for email deploymentsPrepare, send, and track effectiveness of targeted email marketing campaignsMaintain schedules for email marketing projects and editing of email materialsCollaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, Marketing team and Data team to plan and execute emails campaignsEnsure email messages are accurately constructed to adhere to industry best practices, and utilize responsive designPerform campaign set-up to include QA, tracking, execution, testing, and deliveryStay current with emerging internet technologies and new email tools and techniques and layouts for improving engagement and effectiveness of email campaignsOptimization of marketing performance through NB testing, personalization, creative, and dynamic contentAbility to troubleshoot HTML and CSS email templatesReview emails for accuracy to include open rates, conversion rates, mobile rendering, etc.Ensure CAN-SPAM and e-mail regulatory compliance.When requested by management, perform other duties and responsibilities as requiredSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE DESIRED

2+ years hands-on email marketing experience including HTML modification, segmentation, and reportingProven ability to schedule targeting email programs to segmented leads using an enterprise marketing automation platform, like Salesforce Marketing CloudTactical, hands-on experience in high-volume email marketing environmentComfortable with HTML/CSSExperience coding for Outlook desktop and mobile environmentsUnderstanding of email principles and best practices (NB testing, dynamic content, campaign automation, etc.)Experience using testing tools such as Litmus or Email on AcidKnowledge of CAN-SPAM and email complianceAttention to detail in producing deliverables while understanding big-picture objectives and strategyExcellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines and obtaining necessary approvalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and client contacts; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.BONUS SKILL : Ability to write complex functionality in a scripting language such as AMPscript/iTLBONUS SKILL : Familiarity with email marketing & marketing automation technology toolsBONUS SKILL : Litmus Personalization experience

Salary Range: This position's estimated annual base salary is $50,000.00 - $62,000.00. Actual base salary will be dependent on individual’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for 401k Savings plan, Healthcare (medical, dental and vision), and other generous rewards.
