We act towards this mission by focusing on four critical services: housing assistance, food assistance, energy and weatherization assistance, and early childhood education. Who You AreAs a General Administration Associate at CAC, you are a dedicated individual responsible for managing various administrative tasks with a focus on document handling. Your primary role involves scanning, uploading, and combining documents using Adobe software. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining efficient and accurate documentation processes.

What You'll DoDocument Management : Scan physical documents and upload them into digital formats using Adobe software. Enter application and intake information into databases.Document Combination : Combine multiple documents into cohesive files using Adobe tools to ensure proper organization and accessibility.File Organization : Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring they are easily retrievable and stored securely.Quality Control : Review scanned and combined documents for accuracy and completeness.Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support as needed, including handling basic office tasks and assisting other staff members. Maintain all paper and electronic records; perform data entry tasks. Provide coverage for the receptionist as assigned and perform clerical duties such as answering the telephone and greeting clients.Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure that document-related tasks are completed efficiently and meet organizational standards.Other Duties : Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.What You Bring

Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have a valid High school diploma or equivalent degree.Ability to effectively and proficiently access and utilize computerized systems and equipment including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Browser.Ability to effectively organize work, determine priorities and complete assigned duties in a timely manner with minimal supervision.Ability to work with sensitive, personal information and maintain client confidentiality.Intermediary proficiency with Adobe software, including scanning, uploading, and combining documents.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office productsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
