Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Manual Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous manual testing processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.Identify, record, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functionalities.Report bugs and errors to development teams in a clear and concise manner.Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.Provide input on quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven 2-3 years of experience as a QA Manual Engineer or similar role.C1/C2 English proficiency.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test casesFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
