We are looking for an Installer to join our traveling installation team for Level99. The team is responsible for breakdown, shipping, and installation of Level99 attractions across existing and future venues. The Installer will also assist with repairs, improvement, and replacement of the Level99 attractions and facilities using internal and external resources. We are building a team of leaders, there will be new hires at each location who will join our team. The install crew will divide into smaller groups to work on different attractions and each core Installer will be expected to organize their team’s efforts while they pass on their knowledge of Level99 products and methods. A Level99 Installer has honesty and personal integrity that is above reproach, prefers a joyful and positive approach to challenging situations, chooses humility over the need to “be right,” and in all things acts as though they are the Owner and Operator of their venu e. RESPONSIBILITIES Installation of patented modular wall systems for games in new and existing venues across the country. Installation and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and sets. Assist in the repair of attractions, elements and the overall facilities. Using skills/techniques and expert craftsmanship in a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastics, etc. Painting, surfacing, and refinishing, including decorative and scenic elements Practical wiring of electro-mechanical devices and systems Troubleshooting of PCs, networks, micro-controllers, and other electronic equipment Maintain up to date knowledge in the safe and efficient use of all relevant shop tools Study and interpret shop drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams, and other design documents Mounting physical elements in many different areas to many different substrates including wood and drywall, concrete floors and ceilings, steel columns and beams. Mounting pieces of art and sculpture throughout each venue. Leading a small crew on site under the supervision of the Installation Manager. Training new employees on Level99 systems and standards. Prioritize personal safety and the safety of coworkers in the day-to-day execution of duties. Working alongside external contractors and suppliers to complete installation and maintenance tasks. Continuously uphold Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, including product, experience, and display standards, as well as environmental cleanliness and organization. Follow the direction of supervisors and manage time effectively. Maintain a positive, upbeat, pro-active attitude and inspire the same in co-workers. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which may include days, nights, and weekends, as required Ability to travel for the installation process at new venues, as required, with expected rate of 20+ days per month Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds Other duties, as assigned. MUST-HAVE SKILLS Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment Travel with the expected rate of 20+ days per month Ability to lift 20/50/80 pounds regularly Comfortable working on ladders and lifts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail High integrity and professionalism High School education or equivalent Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation, with specific knowledge in, but not limited to, Google Suite and Microsoft Office A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a related installation/tech capacity Team leadership and on the job training Strong hand and power tool skills Familiarity with various mounting methods and hardware for different mediums including wood, metal, concrete, and drywall Experience working on a construction site Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting Ability to troubleshoot issues with PCs, networks, micro-controllers, and other electronic equipment Experience operating forklift and scissor lift Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $20 - $30 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
