We are seeking an experienced Land Development Engineer to join our team. This position is 40 hours per week in our Minden, Nevada office. This position will work on-site and is not remote nor hybrid.

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Engineer to join our team. This position is 40 hours per week in our Minden, Nevada office. This position will work on-site and is not remote nor hybrid.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs site development engineering and project management tasks for residential and commercial projects
- Projects will include a variety of land development site designs
- Requires strong technical expertise, other responsibilities will include research, coordination, project management, staff management, cost estimating, permitting for land disturbance and preparation of bid packages as well as technical specifications
- Monitors project progress, budget, and schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant engineering design experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required
- Previous experience with site civil design, permitting, and applicable software applications including hydrology modeling programs, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Prior experience with task management, concept design, and assisting with project management tasks
- Adept at coordinating with clients, attending client meetings, and overseeing quality standards
- Possess the ability to build plan sets and other construction documents
- Possess design experience that includes utilities, site layout, drainage, due diligence, and permitting
