Primary Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and provide HR solutions that support the achievement of these goals. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, organizational development, policies and procedures, etc. Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies and legal requirements. Builds positive relationships with employees, demonstrating the value of HR as a consistent, knowledgeable, trusted, go-to resource. Provide input and feedback to HR leadership team to support continuous improvement and enhance the capabilities of HR to deliver innovative, high-quality services. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. Ensure proper maintenance of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Conduct internal I-9 Audits. Effectively utilize the HR system and technology, maximizing its potential use and impact and teach/train others to do the same. Oversee the monthly payment of invoices for benefits vendors and other HR services. Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Coach management on effective performance management practices to ensure a high-performance culture. Assist in the execution of talent management strategies alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure the hiring process aligns with the needs of the business units. Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture Support the Payroll and Benefits Administrator in ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity. Support the annual compensation review process and assist management with salary decisions. Assist in driving change initiatives, ensuring that change is effectively managed and communicated within the organization. Support organizational restructuring and other HR-related projects as needed. Ensure that HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to inform decision-making. Perform other related duties as assigned.
