About the job

As a Permanent Jewelry Stylist, your role is pivotal in our team's success. Operating within both our AL Studio and on the sales floor, you'll seamlessly integrate our permanent jewelry collection into each customer interaction. Infusing personalized services, your mission is to create unforgettable experiences while authentically narrating our brand's story. Your commitment to authenticity and deep understanding of our offerings will exceed sales targets and elevate the customer experience, fostering loyalty and propelling our success forward.

The Permanent Jewelry Stylist will initially report to the Store Manager.This is a Part-Time role initially.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Permanent Jewelry Welding Studio

Participate in comprehensive training sessions covering the welding of jewelry in diverse metals, including solid gold and sterling silverEducate customers about permanent jewelry and Ana Luisa's extensive range of offeringsLead studio operations, including the meticulous cleaning and organization of welding materials and stationsEfficiently schedule appointments and ensure smooth guest check-ins using our scheduling platformDeliver exceptional customer experiences by skillfully welding permanent jewelry onto customers while maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanorProcess customer transactions accurately using the POS system and inform customers of care guidelines and warranty policies for our permanent jewelryOffer valuable feedback on customers' studio experiences and relay any product requests for considerationEngage actively in leading and participating in exclusive permanent jewelry parties and events for our valued clientsSales Achievement

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchase decisionsAchieve individual and team-based sales goals through a customer-centric approach, in-depth product knowledge, and genuine selling techniquesMeet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals; focusing on Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion % and revenue to targetUtilize company tools, incentives, and strategies to support the achievement of store-wide sales targetsCustomer Experience

Forge lasting relationships with customers by establishing genuine connections and delivering a personalized shopping experienceCollaborate with the store team to build a strong clientele list, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat customersParticipate in store events and corporate-led initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community involvementWelcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphereAssist customers in styling jewelry, making recommendations that complement their individual style and lifestyleWork closely with store leadership to gather and implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experienceResolve customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionOperational Excellence & Visual Merchandising

Accurately process customer transactions, ensuring a seamless experience in an OMNI channel settingHandle returns, exchanges, and warranties efficiently and by company policiesMaintain visual standards by executing brand, product, and marketing initiativesEnsure the sales floor remains pristine and organized, with display jewelry presented attractivelyCollaborate with leadership on store operational mattersParticipate in regular inventory counts, contributing to maintaining high inventory accuracyEnsure all front and back-of-house procedures adhere to company policies and proceduresAssist in processing shipments, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment to ensure product availabilityWhat you'll Bring:
