Growth Marketing Manager (Part-time)

We are seeking a talented growth marketer to join our team on a part-time basis (10 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, running, analyzing, and reporting on experiments to increase conversion rates and other important metrics on our website.

Primary Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B and multivariate testingDesign, build, and run conversion rate optimization experimentsAnalyze experiment results and translate findings into actionable recommendationsCreate reports and presentations to communicate experiment findings and recommendations to stakeholdersStay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in CRO and experimentationRequirements

Experience successfully optimizing conversion rates through experimentationStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Google Analytics and A/B testing toolsHighly creative and innovative thinkerResourceful self-starter who can manage multiple experiments simultaneouslyPassionate about website optimization and experimentationThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated growth marketer to have a high impact by managing the conversion optimization program for a growing company.
