Content Marketing Manager at Suvoda in Conshohocken, PA

Suvoda is looking for an enthusiastic learner, strategic thinker, and passionate writer to join the marketing team as Content Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience writing for a B2B technology and/or healthcare company and have proven experience quickly distilling complex topics from subject matter experts across the organization into compelling content that drives leads, supports thought leadership efforts and helps to position Suvoda as the market leader in global clinical trial technology. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well independently and as part of a team, and have excellent project management and multi-tasking skills. We are open to both local and permanently remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

Develops multi-channel content strategy in support of brand awareness, lead generation and marketing nurture campaigns.

Produces content that conforms to brand guidelines for both internal and external communications, including blog posts, social media posts, email, ad copy, white papers, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and more.

Establishes cross-functional relationships and proactively collaborates to generate stories that support marketing strategies.

Continuously reads and synthesizes industry research and news to become a subject matter expert.

Maintains editorial content calendar to ensure consistent content pipeline and daily delivery.

Ensures content is optimized for SEO and other digital channels.

Analyzes content effectiveness (views, clicks, downloads, conversions, etc).

Analyzes the results of the campaigns to improve on content performance (views, clicks, downloads, conversions, etc).

Manage external writers, content producers, and editors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred degrees include: Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).

Excellent writer and editor with experience in B2B.

Strong and agile project manager capable of meeting timelines and working under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Understanding of digital channels, including social media for B2B.

Knowledge of the healthcare market and/or SaaS technology is a plus.

Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling and clear communication for clients and prospects.

Entrepreneurial-minded with an interest in growing a business and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Ability to collaborate within an ambiguous, matrixed environment.

Clear and consistent in writing style and tone.

Able to utilize both qualitative and quantitative skills to create compelling content and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience in content marketing or content production.

Proven ability to create and edit a high volume of promotional content on a consistent basis.

Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Experience developing and executing online content marketing, content marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and/or articles covering technology or healthcare.

Salary Range:$80K -- $100K

Minimum Qualification:Editorial & Content Management

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
