Job Description
Ensuring that the client receives quality data by reviewing laboratory data for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to GMP and/or GLP regulations and evaluating problems.Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.Diagnose problems, solve simple problems, and suggest solutions to complex problems in a professional area; perform complex calculations.Keep oneself and peers abreast of current developments and trends in the professional area by reading and understanding internal procedures, attending training sessions, by writing/revising SOPs (as required), and by assisting Group Leader/Principal Specialists in training new employees.Perform review of scientific data, including, but not limited to standard preparation, calibrations, methodology, QC, sample data, integration review, compound evaluation, chemical identification, and other subjective review based on testing performed; perform complex calculations to verify results.Qualifications

Detail oriented; accurate; precise; tactful; strong math skills; good reasoning ability; able to sit for long periods; strong communication ability; technical knowledge; knowledge of spreadsheet setup and formulas; organized, logical thinking; personal maturity; ability to follow directions; responsibility.Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.Basic Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major).Experience in operating either LC/MS or GC/MS systems and/or reviewing the associated data.Experience operating or reviewing data from LC/MS, GC/MS, ICP, HPLC and/or GC.Experience with GMP and running ICP-OES or ICP/MS with experience reviewing the data.Experience in a cGMP, GLP, and/or ISO 17025 compliant/accredited lab.Knowledge of extractables and leachables testing.Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction (VISAS) or sponsorship.
Additional Information
Position is full-time from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.
