Summary

Under limited supervision, the Senior Corporate Account Experience Manager is responsible for coordinating and negotiating contractual requirements and obligations between Motion Industries and our customers. This role ensures compliance with specific requirements found in each of our customer contracts. The Senior Corporate Account Experience Manager has customer assignments and spends a significant amount of time at customer locations.

Job Duties

Reviews customer contracts and transactional data to assess company compliance with terms of agreement.Manages the implementation of a contract by communicating with all levels of employees. May supervise/mentor lower level employees.Assesses customer product needs to determine additional products and service offerings to sell.Facilitates or leads local branch and plant engagement and projects.Negotiates customer terms on behalf of a Corporate Account Manager.Presents contract performance information at Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with Corporate Account Managers.Travels to customer sites to conduct and or participate in customer meetings and or presentations.Performs other duties as assigned.Manages contract performance to facilitate customer relationships.Education & Experience

Typically requires a bachelor's degree.Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong project management skills.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Results oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Expert at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Physical DemandsLICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
