As a global leader in mobility innovation for over 26 years with over 200 staff, we are dedicated to connecting people to places by working across disciplines and scale to address social justice, safety, and environmental resilience.Day to DayThe Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in content development and campaign strategy and implementation. This position requires a highly creative individual with a strategic and analytical mindset.A typical day will be anything but typical. But it will likely involve collaborating with our smart and talented teammates who are leading up key programs and projects in Los Angeles, Toronto, Denver, Atlanta, and beyond. This role will collaborate closely with our program managers and programs staff to orchestrate and execute marketing strategies that achieve key outreach and behavior change outcomes. Responsibilities include:Executing marketing and communication activities, such as content creation, social media management, email marketing creation and execution, campaign creation and execution, and tracking and reporting.Independently devise and implement targeted marketing campaigns for smaller scale projects, including identifying and understanding target audiences, designing customer journeys, setting clear objectives, and planning and executing marketing campaigns.Acting as a key contributor in the planning and execution of larger scale campaigns.Responsible for completing tasks as assigned at a high level of quality and seeking and receiving feedback and guidance throughout.Actively participating in project team meetings and marketing meetings, helping foster a collaborative team environment.Regularly communicating with clients through meetings, reports, and updates.Actively engaging in continuous learning and integrating this knowledge into projects, including an understanding of emerging tools and techniques in the marketing field as they apply to our work. This involves attending trainings, workshops, and industry conferences as well as self-guided learning.QualificationsRequiredThis position requires a combination of skills, experience and education including, but not limited to:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, psychology, sociology or other related field; andThree to Five Years of full-time professional experience in a marketing or communications role.Experience working for an agency, consulting firm, or similar multi-client environment is preferred.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:We understand that job descriptions often demand excellence in every area, which is why we've thoughtfully divided our requirements into essential and desirable skills. annually.
