This role provides support to the Business Units and functional teams across Chamberlain Group as it relates to the myQ Azure data platform. The Advanced Analytics team leverages tools that ingest, process, store and analyze large volumes of transactional data collected from connected device and user interactions via iOS and Android phone apps. The Advanced Analytics Analyst will work alongside other members of the Data Analytics and Visualization team to identify all user requirements, build wireframes, complete project scoping and negotiate timelines. Additionally, the Associate Advanced Analytics Analyst will assist with creation, testing and documentation of structured data models to support front end analytic solutions. Finally, the Associate Advanced Analytics Analyst will be responsible for the development, support and ongoing maintenance of front-end data visualizations, ensuring organizational KPIs and metrics are consistent across all consumable data.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Design meaningful data visualizations that tell a story and provide actionable insights to help our stakeholders make informed decisions.Contribute to the creation of data solutions that can be re-used across multiple reporting tools and within various applications, dashboards and reports created by both the Advanced Analytics team and various distributed Analytics teams within Chamberlain Group.Work with cross-disciplinary teams to incorporate data from other Chamberlain Group-based systems and platforms to establish governance and ensure data quality.Leverage the knowledge gained from hands-on daily interactivity with the myQ data platform to develop and provide insightful proactive analysis on key metrics and trends.Learn and adopt best practices for building analytical insights including data integrity, testing, design, analysis, validation, and documentation.Foster communication and engagement with stakeholders across our Business Units and functional teams, along with our front-end and middleware engineers.Responsible for complying with the security requirements set forth by the Information Security team and the established ISO 27001 Security Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities Document found in the ISMS Document Library.Ensure compliance with data privacy laws such as CCPR and GDPR.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or another related field.Experience:

2 years’ work experience within Analytics/Business Intelligence, including projects building actionable, data-based solutions.Experience with data visualization platforms such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.Experience manipulating data and creating complex ETL processes to build logical data schemas/models that support multiple reports or business applications.Experience with Python, Spark or similar.Experience creating data solutions to enable organizational self-service analysis.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

SQL skills.Exposure to large, unstructured data volumes.Conceptual understanding of data warehouse/data modeling concepts and procedures.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment (including working with both internal and external resources).Excellent written and verbal communication skills; i.e. PowerPoint. Ability to deliver thought-provoking analysis and provide clear, concise analysis.Ability to develop, document and deliver end user materials such as training or project artifacts.Working knowledge of Azure cloud-based architecture.Proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite of products.Other:

Qlik Sense or Power BI Development and Design-related certification.Experience:

Exposure to cloud-based Azure components such as Synapse, Databricks and ADLS Gen 2.Building and creating web-based data visualization.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
