Deliver impactful, strategic programs in support of organizational goals, including the creation of annual Marketing Communications strategic plans around digital, advertising, and other marketing communications initiatives within the ILG brand.Essential Functions

Develop and implement impactful, integrated, communication programs for ILG’s Builder Services business unit.Ensure that strategic objectives, budgets, and plans are being established and that metrics are being developed and reported throughout product commercialization.Understand Business Unit (BU) P&L objectives and drivers to make sound go-to-market recommendations in order to drive top and bottom lines.Leverage market knowledge to build Builder Services pitch decks and playbooks.Own the marketing commercialization strategy for products and innovations as assigned, and support product marketing teams through the development and execution of all marketing communications efforts including, but not limited to:New product launch supportInternal stage gate process participationCustomer line reviews and presentationsIn-aisle POP and Merchandising concepts/managementCreation of photography and video for launching productDigital asset managementPublic Relations & social mediaInitiate, manage, analyze and optimize media planning and buying in digital, including emerging platforms and tools, and maintain strong current knowledge of this evolving space as part of an Omnichannel marketing strategy.Lead email marketing, with the ability to think creatively and analytically in order to conceptualize creative emails and messages.Be a Brand Steward – ensure all communication is in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone and strategy.Establish priorities for assigned tasks for self and often work concurrently on multiple complex tasks with competing deadlines.Use ethical business practices in dealing with customers, coworkers, vendors, suppliers, and the community.Utilize project workflow and proofing tools for job tracking and department accountability.Contact and assist vendors when needed to ensure projects are executed properly.Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards including auditing the content and removing duplicate information.Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality and create strategies to improve website traffic.Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies.Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.Evaluate competitors' websites.Follow industry best practices to identify ways to improve website user experience.Implement security measures to protect websites and monitor for website security breaches and respond to them as needed, in partnership with the cyber security team.Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.Manage pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns.Plan, create, implement, manage, monitor and update websites for ILG related businesses.Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize the website's structure and functions.Reply to, troubleshoot and resolve website issues.Update website coding frequently.Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Desired Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is required and experience with manufacturing and distribution preferred.Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing environment.Must have a strong understanding for what Omnichannel executions will deliver given channel disruption risk.Must have experience managing digital display advertising campaigns and/or a thorough understanding of paid digital marketing.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and agencies/partners.Keen ability to learn and retain detailed information about multiple types of products/services.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organization and coordination skills.Demonstrated understanding of process management principles.Demonstrate perseverance in pursuit of objectives.Demonstrated ability to present to executive leadership.Ability to work cross functionally and lead teams.Ability to develop targeted strategies and implement tactics and initiatives.Demonstrated ability to define and measure marketing program effectiveness.Proficiency in software applications such as PowerPoint, Salesforce, Pardot, Excel and Word.WordPress and HTML (helpful but not required).If you like working with a growing close-knit team and helping homeowners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.
