The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on tax, compensation, employee benefits, company representation, compensation disclosure, and transactional matters. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is passionate about tax law and is looking to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a tax attorney, preferably in the legal industry.Strong knowledge of tax laws, compensation, employee benefits, and company representation.Proven experience in compensation disclosure and transactional matters.Admission to the state bar is required.A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation would be a plus.Interested in hearing more?
