Working well in a fast-paced, flexible environment.Implementing your fierce cold calling skills in addition to your good organizational techniques to manage your time and your assigned portfolio.Tracking and identifying trends within your portfolio to appropriately plan and prioritize your calls on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Training new merchants on the benefits of using Snap and how to most effectively use our system to grow their business.Actively seeking to engage existing merchants within your territory by building/maintaining rapport, providing information and value, resolving concerns, supplying any needed training and marketing materials and more.Qualifications
Min of 2 years of previous inside sales, customer facing and/or cold calling/outbound calling experience.Scheduling flexibility.Proven track record of overachieving goals and quotas.VERY strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day (this is essential).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must work well independently and adhere to KPI's.Benefits
