Salary:

$6,489-$9,734/month

Full-time position available with the Law Department, Litigation Division located at 414 East 12th Street.

Normal Work Days/Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., *telework available after 6 month probationary period.

Responsibilities

Defending the City in a variety of litigation including motor vehicle accidents, property damage and premises liability lawsuits, employment discrimination, contractual litigation, and constitutional challenges to City policies, procedures, and ordinances.The monetary and policy exposure for these cases is generally high.Qualifications

REQUIRES

graduation from an accredited school of law. Must be admitted to the Missouri Bar Association within six months of appointment.Other Information
